NMG’s apprenticeship program is a structured learning opportunity where participants gain highly technical skills through a combination of on-the-job training and classroom education. Upon successful completion of this program, you will have the skills and experience needed to be successful in the technically advanced field of aerospace and industrial machining.‍

 

The Apprentice Experience

• Create complex parts and equipment for aircraft and other industrial products.
• Experience an “earn and learn” education with wages that progress based on levels of achievement and ability.
• Receive FREE tuition for apprenticeship courses and tuition assistance for continuing education.

NMG’s Co-Op/Intern professional development program cultivates your skills and builds valuable work experience through meaningful assignments, challenging projects, on-the-job learning opportunities and one-on-one mentorship. NMG Co-Ops and Interns are considered first for employment after graduation.‍
