Engineering professionals in the areas of product design and process manufacturing assist our customers with solving problems, reducing costs by applying lean manufacturing, and adding value through creating innovative solutions.

Opportunities exist for engineering and manufacturing technology professionals to apply their learned skills and education to a variety of product lines and processes across several aerospace platforms. Aspiring engineering students working toward a degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or other related academic program are encouraged to take part in the NMG Co-op program during their junior and senior years.

Our machinists and welders are among the best in their field. The materials they work with and the specifications and standards required of them within the aerospace industry are extremely challenging. Whether welding components to NADCAP certifications or precision machining to the tightest tolerances, our skilled professionals take great pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the products they produce.

Opportunities exist for both experienced specialists and those looking to learn their craft through on-the-job training alongside seasoned professionals in a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.

Supplying our production operations teams with the essential tools, materials, components, and services needed to meet the needs of our customers is critical to what we do each day. Buyers, Planners, Schedulers, Commodity Managers, and NPI Managers work closely together on the tactical and strategic supply chain initiatives that support our operations team in meeting these customer needs.

Opportunities exist for both experienced supply chain professionals, as well as supply chain management students seeking to gain valuable skills and hands-on learning through our first-rate co-op experience.
